Customer wanted to update kitchen while creating more storage space. We removed all cabinets, pantry, railing into sitting room., vinyl doorwall, and partial wall beside pantry. Installed Showplace Pendelton SPW cabinets in cherry with natural finish and LG HiMac Acrylic volcanic series counter top, and a Covelle undermount stainless steel double sink and Delta faucet. Electrical was upgraded to include three ceiling lights over kitchen island and lights in glass fronted cabinet. Ceiling light over dinner area was re-centered. Marvin French wood doorwall with oil rubbed bronze hardware was installed, and maple railings by sitting room to match. The floor is American Olean mud set ceramic tile with inset and border around island.

Customer needed bathroom renovated to be more accessible for elderly parents. Removed vanities, sinks, tub, tub surround, and floor. Installed new Merillat cabinets with one sink and banjo laminate top with removable section over toilet. Installed Swanstone ADA shower floor to fit into existing tub opening. Applied ceramic tiles on shower walls to ceiling. Installed Panasonic exhaust fan with timer, vented through roof. Installed mud set ceramic tiles to main bathroom floor. Installed Delta shower valve with hand-held shower, and grab bars in shower and at toilet. Cut in two recessed lights over vanity. Lastly installed new mirror over vanities

Kitchen renovation following water damage Gut entire kitchen and remove damaged floor including dinette, dining-room, hall, half-bath and foyer. Installed Showplace Covington Maple cabinets in Walnut with Autumn Glaze. Vented Microwave to exterior. Installed LG Hi-Macs acrylic counter top, color Lattitude, with integrated sink in Cream color. Installed ceramic floor tile on cementboard in kitchen, dinette area, and half-bath in pinwheel pattern. Installed Appalachian Prestige Classic pre-finished maple wood flooring in dining-room, hall, and foyer. Completed job with new paint throughout these area using Sherwin Williams Harmony Series paint.
